Single sheet (of six), verso blank, manuscript title to verso. Hand coloured 17th century map of the lower reaches of the Jordan river as it flows into the Dead Sea, map oriented to the East. The map depicts various Biblical scenes and is part of a larger set of 6 maps showing the territories of the 12 tribes of Israel as found in the Old Testament.

Very Good – some chips and tears along the edges, centrefold reinforced at verso.
