Refund policy
Unconditional Guarantee
All items are guaranteed as described, with a full, unconditional refund of your purchase price, plus the price of delivery, should an item arrive not as described. We may request that the item be sent back to us, at our cost, before we process your refund. Your item will need to be securely and protectively packaged by you to avoid damage in transit. We may also request that the item be insured during transit at our cost.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request that it be returned for a full refund, for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It will also need to be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address using international door-to-door or store-to-door courier and may not be sent via the South African Post Office. Please ensure that the carrier you utilise for your return does not make use of the South African Post Office for processing or delivery. Items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We therefore recommend that high value items be insured against loss and damage during transit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You may request a credit or exchange instead of a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
