Abstract pictorial paper covered boards with white titles to top board and spine. Corners bumped and rubbed, light foxing to end papers, but very good overall. 1969 reprint of the 1st edition, not containing the corrections and additions made by the poet in the second edition of 1963. 

Contains arguably the poet’s most famous poem “Die Kind” (The Child) which was read by Nelson Mandela, during his address at the opening of the first democratic parliament of South Africa on May 24, 1994.
