Bright, clean and tight copy of Hemingway’s recounting of his days living as a journalist and writer in 1920s Paris. Here he met and commented on such literary luminaries as Aleister Crowley, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Ford Madox Ford, James Joyce, Wyndham Lewis, Ezra Pound, Gertrude Stein and Alice B. Toklas. Worked on towards the end of Hemingway’s life, the book was published posthumously by his widow, Mary Hemingway.
